In order to place the right people in other organisations, we first have to place the right people in our own.

Headed by our Chairman, Derek Johnson, and the Managing Directors of each of the three companies, Nicoll Curtin Ltd currently employs fifty five consultants and five support staff.

Our senior consultants have specialist knowledge gained from working within the relevant market in which they recruit. We feel this is imperative in order that we can offer our Clients the benefit of our considerable experience and aid them in their recruitment process. This approach also ensures that any junior recruiters or graduates who join us are taught not only the skills of recruitment but also acquire the fundamentals of the market they are entering.
